福清这个古厝群，妥妥侨乡“学霸村”！

2px;">江镜镇位于福清市东南沿海，自古就密布海丝古渡，至今仍保存有不少海丝历史文化遗存，被誉为“海丝名镇”。江镜镇不少村里有连绵成片的古厝，且这些古厝中西风格兼具，颇有特色，所以又有“古厝之镇”的美称。而作为江镜镇北大门的南宵村下和洋自然村，拥有保存较为完好且相连成片的众多侨厝和传统古民居。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 2px;">20世纪初，由于生活困难，下和洋的许多男儿从村口的和洋古渡口出发，漂洋过海下南洋打拼。事业有成的他们寄回了一封封思乡念亲的侨批以及数额或多或少的血汗钱，养家之余也在家乡盖起了风格各异的一座座大厝，其中影响较大的是杰出侨贤高仁德。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;letter-spacing: 2px;">高仁德于清末远渡重洋到印尼创业谋生，经过多年努力，不仅在异国他乡站稳脚跟，还积累了可观的财富。事业有成后，心系家乡的高仁德寄钱回乡起厝，并于1937年与高仁轩、高仁昌等两位下南洋的同乡共同出资兴建了下和洋学堂（由1923年创办的福清和洋小学改建）。20世纪80年代初，高仁轩与同乡高航又带头捐资筹建了下和洋小学，为下和洋的教育事业作出积极贡献。</span></section><section 2px;">尤其难得的是，下和洋不像其他许多富起来的村庄那样，将破败的古厝拆了盖新楼，或者是杂乱无章地盖起一大片新楼，而将低矮的古厝围成“一线天”，而是将古厝完整地保存下来，新盖的楼房井然有序地排列在这些古厝的外围，形成一圈新楼房簇拥着一大片古色古香大厝的特色新农村美景。</span></section></section></section></section><section 0px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">下和洋的先人对教育无比重视，小小村落建有多个学堂。如今，村中古厝连片区中的百米古街里，就完整地保存着4代学堂，其中包括由高仁德带头出资筹建的下和洋学堂。</span></section><section 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;">下和洋是远近闻名的“学霸村”，平均每户就有一名大学生。这个从村头走到村尾只不过10多分钟的小村庄，如今人口不到500人，百年时间里却孕育出<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">院士之家、侨贤之家、医学之家</span></strong>等文化家族，并先后走出200多名大学生和一个以中国科学院院士为代表的科学家群体。比如，福清第一位中国科学院院士、著名气象学家高由禧，1920年出生在下和洋。和他同时期的下和洋人高仁睦、高仁信，前者毕业于南京法政学院，后者毕业于福建协和大学农经系（今福建农林大学经济管理系），这在时局动荡的20世纪40年代，殊为难得。</span></section><section 2px;">值得一提的是，下和洋的南边厝（又称名医厝）百年前曾由祖太婆当家，当时村里各家各户只送男孩进学堂。对此，祖太婆叉腰表示“女儿也是人，我家女儿统统要进学堂”。从此，该家女儿代代都读书，能读到高中绝不做初中生，能读到博士绝不做硕士生，先后走出了美国医学博士、省级大医院主任医师、县市级医院院长等众多医学人才，成为盛产名医的名医世家。</span></section><section 2px;">为活化利用古厝，2020年8月，由村民自发成立的福建省首个农村古厝合作社在下和洋挂牌。合作社通过厘清古厝产权和使用权，让拥有古厝的村民的产权变为股权。合作社一边积极修缮古厝，一边利用整合的古厝群发展旅游，让原本破败的古厝蜕变成“金厝、银厝”，同时探索出“古厝拥有人集资、乡贤捐资、政府补贴”的三结合古厝修缮新路。</span></section><section 2px;">挂有“院士之家”铭牌的高由禧故居，位于古厝群外围，建于20世纪30年代，如今设立为高由禧院士纪念馆、福清高由禧气象科普基地，以大量图文和历史实物资料展示高由禧非凡的一生，激励人们砥砺奋进、自强不息。下和洋学堂的一楼活化利用为村中书院，作为村里邀请名师授课场所；二楼打造成江镜镇南宵村革命斗争史纪念馆，生动还原1936年到1938年地下革命党人的印刷活动场景及革命五老英勇事迹，展示当地人民奋起抗争、奋勇前进的感人故事。该处还是省级党史学习教育参观学习点，先后接待全国各地参观学习团队2000多人次。</span></section><section
