wrap;">福清南大门新厝镇的蒜岭村，在福厦公路尚未建设通行之前，就有一条连接南的古驿道，是古代连接福州与莆田、泉州、漳州的“通衢大道”。蒜岭古驿道旁，坐落着一片庞大的建筑群，那就是数百年来香火旺盛、驰名域外的武当别院。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">武当别院，竣工于明代天启五年（1625），2025年将迎来它400岁诞辰。当地人昵称“北头院”，因其坐落于蒜岭村北的玉屏山麓得名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;">走过风霜岁月，武当别院经几兴废。改革开放以来，蒜岭籍旅居印尼华侨和港澳同胞陆续乐捐巨资修缮扩建，使之再焕丰姿。别院建筑面积7000多平方米，是目前福清市域内规模庞大的道教寺院，由雪峰寺、漆林书院、大雄宝殿、玄天上帝殿、关帝殿、观音殿、老君殿、戏台和公园等建筑组成。别院建筑群依山势逐层升高，各殿建造古朴别致，造型美观，构件精美。庄严肃穆的殿堂，保持着明清的建筑风貌。1987年11月，武当别院被列为福清第二批县级文物保护单位。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><p 0em;text-align: center;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">说起武当别院，当地流传着一组传说故事。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">相传明朝万历癸酉年（1573），莆田黄石北辰宫前往湖北武当山谒祖朝香，奉请玄天上帝香火。回銮时，路过蒜岭村古驿道。因天色已晚，便在雪峰寺（武当别院建筑之一）留宿一宵。当晚，执事人员将长途跋涉分炉请来的武当山香火香筒，挂在雪峰寺前的古榕树上后便去歇息。岂料第二天清晨，发现香火香筒被风吹灭，而悬挂香火香筒的那株古榕树上，却由蜜蜂密集组成隐隐约约的“武当别院”四个大字。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">古人无法解释“蜜蜂造字”现象，以为这是“上天旨意”，要武当山香火留驻雪峰寺，或者要在雪峰寺成立武当别院。因此，执事人员就将被风吹灭的香火香筒留在雪峰寺中。次日，他们重返武当山，再次奉请玄天上帝香火回到莆田黄石的北辰宫。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">此后，每年玄天上帝诞辰之日，北辰宫的执事人员就会前来福清新厝的武当别院拈香膜拜，祈求福体安康、财源广进、万事如意。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: style="font-size: 12px;">（三）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">却说玄天上帝香火驻留在蒜岭雪峰寺的消息传出后，当时周边辖区的杭霞社、祥镇社、霞渡社、龙津社等四大社门**商议，决定将挂香火香筒的那株古榕树锯下，用其主干雕刻一尊玄天上帝坐像。不久，一尊右手持剑，左手抓蛇，脚踩乌龟威武雄壮的玄天上帝坐像，被供奉在雪峰寺中，成为当地官商士民祈盼镇邪扶正的偶像。可惜这尊雕刻精美的坐像，毁于当年破旧立新运动中。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">有了来自武当山的香火香筒，有了威武雄壮的玄天上帝坐像，新修一座大殿建筑便摆上议事日程。在外经商的当地信士黄克勤、黄刻俭父子俩，是时得到邑人、内阁首辅叶向高的帮助，靠经营苧麻布生意在京城大发其财。二者得知雪峰寺筹备新建武当别院的消息，立马返乡献地3亩多，捐献白银200两，在雪峰寺、漆林书院前面建起了武当别院。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">（四）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">现今镶嵌在武当别院门墙上的“武当别院”石刻牌匾，系当年在蒜岭漆林书院任教的周如磐，依据蜜蜂绕字的意思题写的。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><section style="text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"></span></section><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">周如磐（1567-1626），字圣倍，号镇庵，莆田县连江里清浦村（今莆田市荔城区黄石镇清后村）人。幼年丧父，同胞弟如砥与寡母相依为命。年青时家境窘迫，为了糊口，由族长举荐，离家来福清蒜岭，在一户仕宦之家当塾师。据传在书写“武当别院”四个大字时，因他尚未出仕，故“武”字一点故意未点上。是时，他为自己许下心愿：如今后不能出仕，“武”字一点永不点上；若将来能功成名就，就再点上这一点。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">万历二十六年（1598），才华横溢的周如磐以文章秀美，切中时弊，考取进士，选翰林院庶吉士，授检讨。他曾为国子监祭酒，知识渊博，训导学子，堪称师表，得到神宗宠爱，升少詹事兼侍读学士。后一路官运亨通，天启元年（1621）之后，历任礼部右侍郎、礼部左侍郎、礼部尚书，东阁大学士、参与机务，协理国家大事，直至晋升为太子太保、文渊阁学士，入阁为首辅。</span></p><p 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">有一年返乡祭祖省亲，由古驿道途经武当别院大门前，周如磐推开轿窗，掷出大笔，补上了这“武”字上的一点。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">后人评价周如磐所书写的“武当别院”四个字时，认为其书法“意气飘逸、沉稳劲健，恣肆放达、磅礴壮阔”，不愧为明代书法大师的笔迹。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">现如今，周如磐亲笔题写的“武当别院”石刻门匾，成为武当别院流传至今为数不多的文物瑰宝之一。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">（五）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">位于闽侯大湖的雪峰崇圣禅寺，创建于唐咸通十一年（870），被誉为南方第一丛林。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">在福清新厝蒜岭的玉屏山下，也有一处雪峰寺，兴建时间无考。该寺上殿供奉五大显灵公，下厅设有一处书院，原称蒜岭草堂，里人翁承赞曾在此处就读。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;"></p><section style="text-wrap: 12px;">翁承赞（859-932），唐昭宗乾宁三年（896）进京考试，以进士第三名被选为探花使。次年擢博学宏词科，授京兆尹参军。累迁右拾遗、户部员外郎。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">梁开平四年（910），朱全忠以翁承赞为册封副使，册封王审知为闽王。翁承赞回闽后，王审知拜其为同平章事，封晋国公，将其出生地乡名改为“文秀”，里名改为“光贤”，以示荣宠。为纪念其从蒜岭雪峰寺书院出仕，书院命名为“漆林书院”，其家乡更名为漆林村。</span></p><hr style="border-style: solid; border-right-width: 0px;
