padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">辛亥革命后，因经济衰微，民众出行难问题仍未引起政府重视。民国出版的《道路月刊》这样描述：“闽省腹地，山脉绵亘，道里崎岖，鸟道盘纤，羊肠迫隘，陆行百里，动须旬日。”而在福清，只有残留的驿铺旧道和商贾行旅践踏出来的羊肠小路，货物运输均靠肩挑背负，广大民众深尝交通阻塞之苦。福清通往省会福州的那3条旧道，更是坑洼难行，加上荒山野岭盗匪充斥，商旅士民常为之裹足不前。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">始建于1926年的福厦公路，是民国时期福建地方政府牵头兴建的一条又窄又破的土路。据历史资料，该路一直到解放前夕，全线仍未按照计划修通。到1951年初，全省人民奋勇筑路支前，这条路基宽仅6-8米的老六级乙标准的道路才全线贯通。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 16px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">与此同时，在建造福厦公路的影响下，福清县工商界人士联名发起，修筑了福清境内第一条公路——融（城）宏（路）公路，由县城向西，衔接福厦公路福清段。1928年，融宏公路通车。此后，县治起点的公路又分别延伸到东张、海口两镇。至1933年，先后修筑的福厦公路福清段和福（清）宏（路）东（张）、福（清）海（口）3条公路，总长71公里，都是泥结路面。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">尽管路况很差，标准很低，但在运营五六年后，全民族抗战爆发。1938年11月，为遏阻日寇在军事上推进、不让日寇获取任何有价值资源，福清县政府奉令执行“坚壁清野”“焦土抗战”，将仅有的71公里公路，连同修筑于明朝嘉靖年间的福清县城城墙，破坏得荡然无存。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 16px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">共和国成立后，福清交通运输面貌迅速改观，服务了拥军支前和对台斗争，又繁荣了国民经济，促进了城乡流动，提高了人民群众的生活水平。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">第一轮在1958年。县委县政府成立公路建设指挥部，下又分设海（口）松（下）、融北（融城北门至作坊）、一（都）（后）溪、渔（溪）龙（田）四个指挥所，全面规划并有计划有步骤地新建扩建一批公路和桥梁。到1959年共和国成立十周年时，全县新修筑10条公路，总长221公里。兴修农村大车道16条、68公里，田间道路4237条、2572公里；兴建大小桥梁62座。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">到1985年底，全县城乡公路增至64条，总长587.4公里，公路密度达到每百平方公里38.7公里，高于全省平均水平。全县初步形成以国道福厦公路、省道大真公路为主干，以融城、下垄等主要枢纽为中心的“三经三纬公路网”。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">其中，南北走向的“三经线”包括：北从常思岭入境，经镜洋、宏路、上迳、渔溪、新厝5乡镇，至桥尾进入莆田的福厦公路；北自长乐玉田翻越石湖岭，经融城向龙田、高山、东瀚小山东，隔海轮渡外接平潭；北自南岭，经海口、龙田玉瑶、江镜目山至江阴下垄。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">国道福厦公路福清段北自镜洋常思岭，南至新厝桥尾，长46.8公里。1926年福厦公路启动。1928年宏路桥南的董坪（今东坪村）至泉州通车。1931年夏，向北延伸至峡南。1936年4月，福州至厦门干线公路开通，办理直达客货运输业务。1946年10月，联合国中国救济总署同意，协助修复抗战期间被破坏殆尽的福厦公路。1947年7月，福厦公路划归国道，但修复通车后的公路质量低，行车速度慢，平日颠簸厉害，逢雨则遍地泥泞，经常堵车。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">共和国成立以后，福厦公路面貌日新月异、焕发生机。改革开放后，福建经济发展迅速，福厦公路成为全省经济建设的大动脉、对外开放的大窗口。1983年，福建省委、省政府发出军警民共建福厦文明路的号召，福清动员全县上下力量，投入文明路整治工作。整治后的福厦公路包括福清段基本达到二级公路标准，实行快慢车分道行驶，平均时速提高至45公里。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">从上世纪50年代起，县里省吃俭用、自力更生，先是融城至安民，后在薛港至高山，又在龙田至白墓等路段，陆续拓宽路基至12米，两侧设置砌石护坡，为将来全线路基边沿砌石化做好准备。1979年~1980年间，筹资铺设融城南门至龙田长达21.5公里的沥青路面。后来又利用建设中节约的经费，把沥青路面延伸6.5公里，到达镜头宫。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">1984年，按二级平丘公路标准改建融城至宏路路段，路基拓宽至18米，中间7.5米宽浇注水泥混凝土机动车道，两侧各有5米为沥青贯入式路面的非机动车道。将江滨路拓宽至24米，全部铺设水泥混凝土路面。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">上世纪90年代初，福清市认真贯彻落实福州市委主要领导“要致富，先修路”的重要指示，举全市之力，大手笔谋划、大力度推进城乡道路建设。1996年12月，历时26个月，牵动了沿途数十万市民的心，集中了数十支工程队日夜鏖战的真大公路，终于全线告竣。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">至上世纪80年代中叶，福清域内有13条县道。其中：甘厝—吉风公路。东起福厦公路的甘厝，经东张、濑底、道桥、岭下，在三角埕进入莆田境内大洋乡，在吉风与永泰到涵江公路相接，全长45公里，其中福清县境内22.4公里。路基宽6.5米，中级路面，属四级公路。1956年开始启动，先后历经20多年，以民工建勤、民办公助等方式修建。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">福清—北山公路。南起福清融城大真线岔口，经海口、城头进入长乐县境的松下、江田、古槐，在北山与峡（南）梅（花）线相接，全长62公里，其中福清境内28公里。路基宽度6.5米，中级路面，为四级公里。福北公路福清段以民国时期福清融城至海口泥结公路为基础，1950年着手修复抗战时期毁坏道路，1958年发动沿线群众参加修筑，1960年竣工。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">江镜乡道。上世纪80年代，江镜乡辖25个行政村，7.3万人口。过去全乡仅有一条龙（田）江（镜农场）公路贯通乡境，乡与各村的联系，都只是50年代修建的崎岖不平的板车道。为改变交通落后面貌，从1982年至1984年，该乡采取“乡办村助”办法，筹资75.6万元，修建江镜向西经吴塘、柯屿至下垄码头，自下和洋向西，经南宵、南华、文房至林厝，自玉桂向东至玉仑3条乡道干线。干线工程完成后，又由三条干线公路出岔，由各村负责集资，把道路接至各自行政村及自然村，实现了村村有公路、村村能通车，群众无不拍手称便。</span></p><section style="margin: 16px 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">东营乡道。龙田东营村濒临福清湾，滩涂资源丰富，盛产蛏蛤等贝类。1981年群众自筹12万元，镇政府补助3.9万元，修建东营经下一村通往龙田镇区乡道，到1984年铺好路面，全长2.7公里，宽7.5米，宽畅顺直，路况极佳。村里又陆续筹款20万元，建设可通汽车的村道14条18.3公里，形成一张四通八达的环村公路网。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px;">前薛乡道。三山前薛村三面临海，水产资源丰富，但因无公路连接，水产品销售不畅，影响经济发展。1982年，前薛村群众多方筹集5.6万元，把横坑至泽岐乡道延伸2.3公里至前薛村。通车第三年，全村水产养殖面积猛增到2500亩，水产纯收入翻了一番，成为福清全县25个收入超百万元的村庄之一。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 16px;
