line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">港头镇后叶叶氏宗祠始建于明万历四十三年(1615年),为叶向高祖祠。该祠为叶向高亲自卜地兴建的，坐北朝南，二重门刻有明天启皇帝钦赐的“元辅乡”牌匾。该祠始建时为三进八扇一后院，规模较大,宽23米,深43.8米,占地 1008 平方米;外墙为砖石结构，内为木质结构的宫式斗拱建筑。清顺治年间被毁，康熙年间曾修后进和后院，乾隆年间又修戏台亭和回廊，1947年再建中间一进二层楼房和八角大戏台等。1985年，后叶叶氏后裔、旅外侨亲出资进行大规模修缮,并恢复原貌。现祠内大厅之三副对联传为明万历皇帝御赐,三副对联是:“天子享无疆之庆,相臣树不朽之功”、“八载独持魁栋,万方共典安磐”、“布袍开华衮,荜路启沙堤”;竖匾两边是万历皇帝钦赐的“黄阁师臣”和“世乡贤”横匾:另外还有一面明崇祯皇帝诰赠叶向高祖孙四代之“恩荣”大匾。特别是大厅正中上方高悬着万历皇帝钦赐的“天恩存问”竖匾——这是保存下来唯一的原始文物。后叶叶氏宗祠虽历经重修,但仍保留明代建筑风格祠堂前依旧挺立着旗杆碣,该祠 1987年 11月 23 日被列为福清县第二批重点文物保护单位。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
